Privacy policy

Wype (“we”) operates a cleaning booking platform in Montréal. This page describes what personal information we collect when you join the pre-launch waitlist, why we collect it, and how you can have it deleted.

Information we collect

When you submit the waitlist form we store the name, email address, optional phone number, postal code, the property segment you selected, and any UTM parameters present on the URL you came from. We use this information to notify you when bookings open and to understand which acquisition channels are working.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the third-party service providers needed to operate the waitlist (transactional email delivery and our managed database host).

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your waitlist record at any time by emailing privacy@wype.local. We will remove it within 30 days.
